Precision & Warmth: Custom Branding and Website for The Dental Studio

Logo variations for The Dental Studio

TLDR: The Dental Studio of Kennett came to us with plans for a modern dental practice in the community its doctors already called home. We created custom branding and a website that brought their vision to life, from a stone-cut monogram and rich color palette to a digital presence that gave the new practice a distinct introduction before opening day.

There are only so many ways to photograph a toothbrush. Okay, maybe that's not entirely true. But dental practice branding does come with a real challenge. Similar services, similar promises, and similar shades of blue can make it difficult for a new practice to show people what actually makes it different.

Luckily, The Dental Studio of Kennett gave us plenty to work with. Dr. Panousis and Dr. Hodge are both from the area, and they were bringing their clinical expertise back home to create a practice shaped around the community they already knew. The vision was there. Our job was to make sure people could see it.

Dental Practice Branding Built Around the Details

The Dental Studio of Kennett is built on the belief that exceptional dentistry is about more than clinical care. The entire experience matters, from the atmosphere of the practice to how patients feel throughout their visit. For us, that meant finding the balance between two sides of the practice: the precision behind the dentistry and the warmth of a locally rooted team.

  • The logo suite: The signature stone-cut monogram became an anchor for the identity. Its geometric form gives it a precise, refined quality, while supporting marks gave us different ways to use the brand depending on the space.

  • The color palette: Emerald, sapphire, burnt orange, gold, and layered neutrals brought richness and warmth into the identity. And yes, we happily ventured beyond blue.

  • The custom icons: The TDS tooth became the starting point for a collection of custom icons with an infinity-inspired detail. Even the smaller informational moments could now feel like part of the brand instead of something pulled from an icon library.

  • The patterns: We pulled shapes from the monogram and tooth motif into geometric patterns that could add texture across print and digital pieces.

Together, those details gave The Dental Studio an identity with plenty of ways to show up without asking the logo to do all the work. From the monogram to the smallest icon, each piece carries a little bit of the precision and warmth we wanted the brand to hold.

The Dental Experience Starts Online

Then came the website, where all those brand elements finally got a little more room to play.

We carried the rich colors, geometric details, typography, and spacious layouts into the website. Bold visual moments are balanced with cleaner, information-focused pages, so the site still feels distinctly The Dental Studio without getting in the way of what patients came there to find. Behind the pretty parts, the website makes it easy to meet the doctors, explore services, learn more about the practice, and figure out what comes next. It feels polished without sacrificing the practical side of a dental website. Pretty and functional. Our favorite combination.

Opening the Doors With a Brand Already in Motion

There’s something especially fun about launching a brand for a business that’s still getting ready to open its doors. Suddenly, the logo isn’t sitting in a presentation anymore. The website is live, the brand is out in the world, and real people are starting to interact with something we’ve been staring at very closely for months.

For The Dental Studio, that started happening pretty quickly. Shortly after launch, they received their first few inquiries and were already seeing interest from potential team members, allowing them to start interviewing candidates for their staffing needs. It was a pretty exciting way to watch the project shift from “here’s what we’re building” to “okay, it’s happening.”

A Strong Dental Presence Starts Here

Dental practices are competing for attention long before a patient ever makes an appointment. In a space where people have plenty of options, a strong brand and website can help a practice become more recognizable, communicate what makes the experience different, and give future patients something to remember when it’s time to choose.

We’ve seen the value of a more connected approach across our work with dental practices, from launching The Dental Studio to supporting established practices like Maven Dentistry. When branding, website design, SEO, and marketing work together, each piece has a clearer job to do and a stronger foundation to build from.

If your dental practice could use help bringing those pieces together, come say hi! We’d love to hear what you’re working on.
