Let’s Get More of the Right Eyes on Your Practice

We don’t think crossing your fingers is a solid marketing strategy

While SEO plays the long game, paid ads help us create more immediate momentum. With strategic Google and Meta ads, we’ll help you build awareness, promote the services you want to sell more of, and put your practice in front of the right people.

Our Approach

You don’t need to be everywhere. You just need to be where your dream clients are spending their time

Google and Meta do very different things well. Depending on your goals, we may recommend one, the other, or a combination of both ad platforms. We look at what you're trying to grow, who you're hoping to reach, what the competition is doing, and consider your budget—then build the strategy around that.

Figure Out Where to Show Up

We start with your goals, the services you want to grow, your ideal patients, and your market. Then we determine where your ad dollars are best spent, whether that’s reaching people actively searching on Google, building awareness and trust on Meta, or a thoughtful mix of both.

Give People a Reason to Pay Attention

Good ads shouldn't feel like wallpaper. We develop campaigns around what will actually connect with your patients, from high-intent Google searches to Meta creative that feels human, interesting, and worth stopping for. That might mean getting your providers on camera, showing people around the practice, or finding other creative ways to build familiarity and trust.

    Make the Next Step Easy

Getting someone's attention is only half the job. We think through what happens after the click, too, from relevant landing pages and clear calls to action to an experience that makes it easy for the right person to take the next step.

    Learn What's Actually Working

Once campaigns are live, we watch more than clicks and impressions. We look at the searches, ads, audiences, leads, calls, appointments, and other signals that help us understand whether we're reaching the right people. Then we use what we learn to make the campaigns better.

Keep Testing, Refining & Finding Opportunities

Paid ads aren't something we launch and forget about. We continually look for ways to improve performance, test new ideas, shift budget, refine creative, and follow the opportunities we see. We'll keep you in the loop with transparent reporting and ask for your feedback, too, because you know better than Google Analytics whether the person who called actually became a great patient.

What Changes When You Consistently Work on Your SEO?

YOU HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER WHAT YOU GROW

Want more of a particular treatment, service, or type of work? Paid ads give us the ability to put more marketing weight behind the parts of your practice you want to grow.

YOU CAN PUT CAPACITY TO WORK

An empty chair, treatment room, or provider schedule costs money. Ads can help create demand when you have room for more—whether you've recently hired, expanded, or simply aren't as busy as you'd like to be.

MORE PEOPLE KNOW YOU EXIST

Not everyone is actively Googling what you offer today. Meta ads help introduce your practice to more of the people in your market, giving you another way to build awareness beyond referrals and organic search.

YOU SHOW UP WHEN PEOPLE ARE LOOKING

When someone is actively searching for a service you provide, Google Ads can put your practice in front of them at exactly the right moment.

YOUR HIGHER-VALUE SERVICES GET MORE ATTENTION

Instead of marketing everything equally, we can build campaigns around the treatments, services, and offers that have the biggest opportunity—or matter most to your bottom line.

YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING

No setting a budget and crossing your fingers. We monitor your campaigns, dig into the data, and keep you in the loop about what's working, what we're learning, and what we're changing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Person holding a tablet displaying a website about health services, with a white table surface in the background.

Are Google Ads or Meta Ads better for my practice?

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Google Ads can be powerful for reaching people who are actively searching for a service, while Meta can help you reach and build interest with people who aren't necessarily searching yet. We'll look at your goals, services, market, and budget and recommend the approach that makes the most sense for your practice.

  • Multiple tablets displaying different skincare and medical treatment websites on a dark surface.

How much should I spend on ads?

Your ad spend will depend on your market, competition, goals, and the platform we're using. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your specific campaign rather than giving every practice the same arbitrary number. All of our clients running paid ads have a minimum spend budget of $30 per day to allow Meta and Google to learn, target, and optimize for your campaign. You pay your ad spend directly to the advertising platform, separate from our management fee.

  • A beige envelope and two business cards for Sage Orthodontics, featuring an owl logo. One card is mostly beige with a small owl illustration and text, another is dark blue with a repeating owl logo pattern, and a third is green with a stripe pattern.

What exactly do you do each month?

Our work changes based on what your campaigns need. That can include campaign strategy and setup, audience and keyword research, ad copy and creative, targeting, landing page strategy, budget management, testing, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. We continually use what we're learning to determine what to adjust or try next rather than repeating the same checklist every month.

  • Laptop displaying analytics charts on a wooden table with a plant in the background.

How quickly will I see results?

One of the advantages of paid advertising is that we can begin gathering data as soon as campaigns are live, but that doesn't mean every campaign is an overnight success. While clients often see an uptick in calls, more followers, increased website visits, etc., our goal is to determine not just how to get eyes on the business but how to get conversions. It takes time to learn what resonates, gather enough data to make smart decisions, and optimize from there. We'll keep you informed about what we're seeing along the way through regular analytics reports and strategy calls. While clients often see an uptick in calls, more followers, increased website visits, etc., our goal is to determine not just how to get eyes on the business but how to get conversions.

  • Multiple digital screens displaying a website for Zior Skin & Body. The site features images of women, text about skincare services, and the company's logo on a pink background.

Can you guarantee a certain number of leads or new patients?

No—and we'd be wary of anyone who does. Ad performance depends on your market, competition, budget, services, offer, and plenty of other factors. Our job is to build smart campaigns, pay close attention to the data, and continually improve the things we can control.

  • Open MacBook Pro on a white desk displaying a dental care website with a photo of a building and text about dental services.

Do I need a new website before running ads?

We have a tried-and-true website process designed to give your marketing a strong foundation. Because of that, we only offer ongoing paid ad management to clients who have already worked with us on their brand and website. Great ads can get people to your website, but what happens once they get there matters just as much.

  • Smartphone with a medical or health-related app displayed on the screen, placed on a green textured surface, with a person lying down receiving physical therapy or chiropractic treatment.

Do you create the ads too?

We sure do! Depending on the campaign and platform, we'll develop the messaging, copy, creative direction, and other assets needed to bring your ads to life. Because we've already built your brand and website, we're able to create campaigns that feel like a natural extension of your practice—not random ads disconnected from everything else.
