Some projects stay with you long after launch, and designing a custom website for Medusa Pelvic Health and Wellbeing was exactly that kind of experience. They are a pelvic health-focused business dedicated to helping people feel seen and supported at every stage of life. We collaborated with Nadya, Medusa’s founder, to bring her vision to life through a fully custom site and client materials. From our very first chat, we knew this would be a special collaboration.
Together, we brought her vision to life through a fully custom website, complete with a small online shop and blog space to give her more flexibility as she grows and connects with her audience. But the collaboration didn’t stop at the website. We also worked closely with Nadya to shape the behind-the-scenes experience for her clients: creating thoughtful customer journeys, client-screening forms, referral gift flows, and downloadable PDFs. Every detail reflects the care she brings to her work.

How did you feel about your custom website before working with Saltd Studio?
“It was a labor of love (emphasis on labor!). I spent many hours on it and appreciated the overall look, especially how I figured out Wix on my own. Sometimes I struggled with the content and layout, and felt frustrated that it wasn’t as intuitive as I’d hoped. Since I had little to no idea how to set up SEO properly, I left it alone and hoped for the best. When I rebranded, the idea of redesigning my website felt completely overwhelming. I even considered dropping it into a basic template.”
Can you tell us about your experience working with Saltd Studio?
“I honestly don’t know what kind of design sorcery you all are working with, but from the moment you sent me your beautifully crafted contract, I knew I was in expert hands. Your own website is so clean, creative, and striking. It was a great omen of just how good your work is. And when we started working on the actual website content, the whole dynamic somehow got even better! You didn’t just ask me what I wanted—you absorbed it. All my chaos, the oddly specific ideas, the half-formed metaphors, the copy changes…

How do you personally feel now that your new custom website design has launched?
“I feel so great! Relieved, excited, so happy with the results. Did I mention relieved? I seriously had (have) no idea how to do all the extras you did, I only wished for I knew how to do it with my old website and admired it on others’. So I’m so thrilled that I get to show this off now, and have all the bells and whistles and downloads and fancy extras. It’s also so wonderfully functional – and that is above all, for me, key. I love what’s functional, and love it more when it looks good doing it.”
